Design notes - A perfectly cromulent design. Luckily we can still use 2 space rocket platforms on compacts(at least according to CWC2 - the most recent book I own). Oop, I see now from the MADHAT designer that they aren't allowed anymore. Grrr. Still cromulent.

This must have been a late design because I started to put in Fire Extinguishers as standard design equipment.

I had this disturbing tendency on putting PR tires even in Div. 15. This is ripe for updating. I think I may have done some already because I don't remember when TL were introduced but they radically changed the way the game would be played...
