So the problem of updating this truck is that I have a lot of 'Pickups with Heavy Laser front':
To make this a proper update, I decided to focus on the ramcar aspects. The option is to try to keep it to div30.

Name Notes - See the original.

* Styx Defensive System = 6 Hot Smoke Dischargers linked to 5 laser reactive webs (F, B, R, L, T; covering tires of those sides as well) & 4 bumper triggers (to ice & also linked to that side's weapons)

Enduro Supreme 2065 - Div55 Pickup

Max 7800, Cost: $54,767.50

Design Notes - This design came from my update of the obsolete 2037 Enduro.  In general, I think I used too many campers when a pickup could do, and with the gas engines (not around, at least to my broke-asset  teenager, languishing with the original set & Al's 2035 alone) the space I wanted in a camper was more viable in a pickup.

The main entry is trying to keep the Div30ness. The first option is to upgrade everything to crazy levels, the second is to moderate things to Div60 (why 60? a hunch). Not sure why a pickup is best for this weaponry, possibly for the armor, but on another hunch I decided to test it as a midsized and it may be a better car (more component armor for one thing,  and cheaper!)

Name Notes - This is the sound a laser makes. Ugh.  It's from my earliest cars, because those had the stupidest names.

Name & Design Notes - I'm starting a line to name cars - most of them pickups - after NFL teams.  My first is for my birth-team, The Steelers.  We're all friends here so please save rivalry aggression for the field of play and not the comment section... Anyway. The reputation of the Steelers is of great defense and a power running game.  To me, that meant metal armor, roll-cage, gas engine, and if possible a ramplate.  More metal the better, for the "steel" in Steeler.

Naturally, after piling up all the requirements, I was left with not so much weight and 2-3 spaces for weaponry. I went with the RR at first since it seemed to fit the theme (a small "blast cannon" as it were, to fit the blast furnace of the steel mill).  The RL option was for the weight (not much, BTW, once you add the TL) and the VMG to get the space for an IFE.

Pix of Steeler truck from here, modified by me.

Design Notes - A modification of this RPG station wagon, and this SUV (Camper). The camper allowed more room, but the weight ballooned because of the added armor load, so that basically just allowed me to slope the armor. Not a bad trade-off, per se, and I was able to be loyal to the "SUV" design concept, but why use a pickup without having lots of armor?

This version allowed me to use the armor of the original Station Wagon.  Also, all three Titans have Off-Road suspension because I've been told that is what makes an "SUV."

    Name Notes - See original.

Design Notes - Gerard (see below) was the strongest member of the family so I wanted a very strong vehicle, hence a pickup with metal armor and a roll-cage.  I put this at Div50 because the owner can customize how to drop $173 (maybe no bumper triggers? 2 Laser webs?)

Name Notes - Part of the Amber series of cars, named after the most moral and strongest Prince of Amber, and half-brother of Corwin.

    Ram Option 2 - add ramplate, armor is now LRFP Plastic; there are 33 pts for WG/WH; vehicle armor is 180 pts LRFP: F 50 (ram) B 35 R 35 L 35 T 10 U 15; , 7800.1 lbs, $84,775.00

Design Notes - An update of one of my favorite combat veterans:
Pickup, Xhvy Ch., Hvy Sus., Super PP, driver, 6 SD tires, 2 linked GG front, cyberlink, no-paint windshield, 281 pts. FP armor: F70, R60, L60, B50, T20, U21; Acc. 5, HC 2; 7791 lbs., $59,564
Simple, deadly. But only 10 shots, and then it's what?  Even in the original, I had a ram option.  But to be honest, I have no idea how the ram rules work with composite armor, hence the second option.

Beast 2037 - RPG Pickup (Obsolete)

    Updated here.
Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Super PP, 6 Solid Tires, Driver, RL (20/incen) in UM turret, ITL in turret, LGL for 20 rockets, ID (25/reg) back, ramplate, cyberlink, Active Suspension, HD-antilock brakes, Overdrive, IFE, ATAD no-paint tinted windshield, ATAD linked to ID, weapon timer to ID, computer gunner, anti-theft system to 10 weightless grenades, LDR, radar, radar detector linked to radar jammer, 10 weightless smoke dischargers: (F B 2T, 2U 2R 2L); 1 bumper trigger front, 1 total link, 59 pts total for Wheelguards/Wheelhubs (you choose where), 222 pts FPRP Plastic Armor: F 50 (ram) B 40 R 40 L 40 T 30 U 20,  HC: 3, Acc. 5 (Overdrive 2.5), listed weight 7798 lbs. (real weight 7948, max 7800), listed cost $92,696.00 (actually $94,296) Also, as listed, 2 spaces over limit.

Error Fixing Option - body is 2 space Ext. Cab, no anti-theft system, no AP grenades or dischargers, 168 pts armor: F50 (ram), BRL 30, TU 14, 7797lbs $94,788

Design Notes - I missed this one from my writeups back in 2007.  Ah well.

As seen from my worksheet back in 2037, I only had 4 instead of 6 tires.  Whoops.  Also back then, not only did dischargers/AP grenades not weigh anything but you could double up AP grenades and dischargers (and there were only smoke dischargers).  The quick fix was to add 2 spaces.  Not sure this can be viably upgraded.

    Armadillo - Div30 Pickup (Obsolete)

Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Super PP, 6 Solid Tires, Driver (IBA), VMG with mag in turret, FOJ back, TC, Active Suspension, 11 Armored mini-safes (210 DP of FP armor each, all in cargo, 220lbs), 40 pts total for Wheelguards/Wheelhubs (you choose where), 243 pts Plastic Armor: F 133 B 40 R 0 L 0 T 35 U 35; HC: 3, Acc. 5, 7798 lbs., $28,971.00

Design Notes -Obsolete because of the quickly discovered rules-breaking problem of the armored mini-safe (note, I wonder if it actually conforms to real-world physics?  This is a job for Myth-Busters!).  But just look at the awesome picture.  How I got all those itty-bitty boxes into the minisafes is crazy.  I calculated that the effective armor would be F 497, B 460, L 840, R 630.

Why did I assume that the safes, all in the flatbed of a pickup, would instead surround the driver and all other components?  It's not only that I used this adolescent rules-breaker (hey, I *was* an adolescent) but I used it wrong.

This won't be updated with the safes because it (a) can't be (the whole point of the vehicle was to exploit the sink), and (b) even if I keep the weapon system, the identity is locked into the illegal design.

    OK, maybe I should...

    Arbingor 2063 - Div80, Div40 Pickup (Update)

    Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Thundercat PP (PC & SC) (15dp), 6 FP-Radial-Solid Tires (11dp), Driver (FP Suit), HL (pulse) front; HRSWC, Active Suspension, HD-antilock brakes, HDHTM, HD-shocks, safety seat, no-paint windshield, 10 dischargers: 4 oil (FBRL) 6 smoke (2T, 2U, 1R 1L): smoke linked to 5 laser reactive webs (F, B, R, L, T; covering tires of those sides as well) and 4 bumper triggers (to oil & also linked to that side's weapons); 5 total links, 38 pts total for Wheelguards/Wheelhubs (usu 2x10pt WG rear, 2x9pt WH front); 150 pts FP Plastic Armor: F 30 B 30 R 32 L 32 T 11 U 15; HC: 4, Acc. 10 (HDHTM 20), Top Speed 177.5  (117.5), Pwr 7705, 7800 lbs. (max 7800), $79,160.00

    • Cheap Option - Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Thundercat PP (15dp), 6 Radial-Solid Tires (11dp), Driver (no equip), HL front; safety seat, 10 dischargers: 4 oil (FBRL) 6 smoke (2T, 2U, 1R 1L): 4 bumper triggers (to oil & also linked to that side's weapons); 0 total links, 38 pts total for Wheelguards/Wheelhubs (usu 2x10pt WG rear, 2x9pt WH front); 162 pts Plastic Armor: F 33 B 33 R 35 L 35 T 11 U 15; HC: 3, Acc. 10, Top Speed 165, Pwr 6700, 7799 lbs. (max 7800), $39,894.00

Design Notes - This is an update of this 2037 design:
    Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Thundercat PP, 6 PR Tires, Driver; HL front, 10 pts Component Armor around HL, 202 pts FP Plastic Armor: F 50 B 40 R 40 L 40 T 12 U 20; HC: 2 Acc. 10, 7792 lbs., $37,088.00

The original design was obsoete because back in the day, CA took no space.  Given the guts of this car is "T-cat + HL," and that took all available space, I needed to drop the CA.  The upgrade cost double the original, so I made a "cheap" version to keep it within the same division.

While the T-cat is designed to haul loads, I have no freakin' idea how the whole trailer system works - that was added when I was away and I don't see the rules for it clearly.

    Arbingor 2037 - Div40 Pickup (Obsolete)

    Updated Here.
    Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Thundercat PP, 6 PR Tires, Driver; HL front, 10 pts Component Armor around HL, 202 pts FP Plastic Armor: F 50 B 40 R 40 L 40 T 12 U 20;  HC: 2 Acc. 10, 7792 lbs., $37,088.00

Design Notes - I missed adding this 1987/2037 design back in 2007/2057.  This is such a product of the 2037 era: the only way to get 10mph was with a thundercat; component armor added DP to a weapon and took no space (and makes this obsolete), and why PR as opposed to Solid at this price class?  I think it's because my math/logistics skill was off.

Name Notes - I have no idea.  Not the worst, though.

    Convoy 3 - Div20 Pickup

    Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Super PP (12dp), 6 Solid Tires (12dp), Driver; VMG (20/reg) in turret, SWC, IFE, safety seat, HTM, LDR, 10 dischargers: 4 oil (FBRL) 6 smoke (2T, 2U, 1R 1L), 60 pts total for Wheelguards/Wheelhubs (10 pt WG rear, 10 WH on all), 9 pts LRFP Component Armor around PP [6 spaces], 11 cargo spaces for 608.2 lbs; 170 pts Composite Armor (2 Metal/168 Plastic): F 0/35 B 0/35 R 0/35 L 0/35 T 0/23 U 2/5; HC: 2, Acc. 5 (HTM 10) Top Speed 92.5 (67.5), Pwr 2600, 7191.8 lbs. (max 7800), $21,731
    • Option - Other armor configuration: 51 pts Composite Armor (34 Metal/17 Plastic): F 8/0 B 8/0 R 8/0 L 8/0 T 0/14 U 2/3; 509.2 lbs for cargo: 7290.8 lbs. (max 7800), $20,169.00
Design Notes - This is part of the Convoy project, see here for the lead postConvoy 1 is a lead vehicle while Convoy 2 is the "tail end charlie," and this one is for salvage.  Originally, I had the option as the primary car, but I thought the armor was better - and carrying capacity greater - in the plastic armor car.

Convoy 1 is $24,983, leaving $55,017; Convoy 2 is $17,489.00, leaving $37,528.  This one (primary) makes it $15,797 left.

This was in my draft folder, dated originally Sept 17, 2010.

Zoe - RPG (45) Pickup (SUV) (Galaxy)

Type: Pickup 1 Space Ext Cab,  Chassis: Xtra-Heavy, Suspension: Heavy, Engine: Sport (no mods), Tires: 6 Solids, Crew: Driver & 3 Passengers (see below); Weaponry: HMG (20/HD) in 1 sp. UM turret, FOJ (25/reg) back, Weighted Accessories: IFE, active suspension, 4 safety seats, Unweighted Accessories: SWC, HD-antilock brakes, HTM, Overdrive (linked), no-paint windshield, Dischargers: 10 total = 4 oil (FBRL) 6 smoke (2T, 2U, 1R 1L); Defenses: smoke linked to 5 laser reactive webs (F, B, R, L, T; covering tires of those sides as well) and 4 bumper triggers (to oil & also linked to that side's weapons); [5 total links], Wheel Armor: 40 pts total WG/WH (you choose where), Component Armor: 9 pts LRFP each around (a) PP and (b) driver, (c) 3 passenger spaces (in cargo); Cargo: 10 cargo spaces are used as follows: 3 passenger spaces, 1 space for CA around passengers, 6 for uncovered (?) cargo; 162 pts Composite Armor (2 Metal/160 Plastic): F (0/30) B(0/30) R(0/35) L(0/35) T(0/20) U(2/10); HC: 4, Acc. 5 (HTM 10/Overdrive 2.5), Top Speed 92.5 (77.5/112.5), Pwr/MPG 2000, Weight: 7267.8 lbs. (532.2 lbs for passengers/cargo = max 7800), $44,442.50
    • Cheapest Option - regular solid tires, remove HD-Antilock brakes, active suspension, HTM, overdrive, UM for turret, no-paint windshield: 7077.8 lbs (722.2 for cargo/passengers), $31,142.50

Design Notes -  This is an "SUV" version of the Logos, which was meant to be a 2063 "minivan."  However, I wondered if a pickup needed to be a camper to actually count as an SUV - mainly because of the uncovered luggage issue (is there another option?).

Also, in terms of adding to a pickup's HC, spoiler/airdams are $550, 110lbs; radialing 6 solid tires adds $4500 and 90lbs ($3000/450 vs $7500/540), and active suspension is $4000, 100 lbs.  So spoilers are cheaper and heavier, yet only work at over 60 mph; radial tires are more expensive than active sus., weigh 10 lbs left and take 1dp off each tire.  Active suspension, in a pickup, seems like the best option because not only does it add HC, it also helps with other handling issues.

Originally, I had a Super plant with PC & SC to allow for better towing (to be honest, I still don't know how towing works).  But then I saw the price and realized that a Super PP with PC & SC costs $5100, weighs 1100 lbs., and has 2900 power factors while an unmodified Sport PP costs $6000, weighs 1000 lbs, and has 3000 power factors!  That's just wrong, but I will exploit it; 100 lbs is really valuable.

I tried making this a camper not only did I lose cargo weight, it was 100+ lbs overweight.  And that's just to get protected luggage.  Note, I chose the pic of a covered pickup because... I dunno, it looks more like what I wanted.

Name Notes -  Zoe is the companion to Logos, Zoe is the satellite to Logos' asteroid.  As I said with Logos, this is a cool name - rather than go for Greek (pagan) mythology, scientists used Gnostic philosophy. According to the Wiki: "58534 Logos is a small Kuiper-belt object, more specifically a cubewano, notable for having a comparatively large satellite named Zoe.... In the Gnostic tradition, Logos and Zoe are a paired emanation of the deity, and part of its creation myth.

(max 7800), $77,108.00

Design Notes - This was in my draft pile, dated Oct 8, 2009. Oberon is one of the most powerful of the This is part of the Amber characters, so I wanted to make a very powerful car.  Sadly, back in 2009, that meant a C/A frame. Hence the 2063 update, which is not altogether bad, but it reinforces my discovery that EWPs are really heavy!  Each is 250 lbs, that makes a RL into a laser; so is it worth it?

As usual, after the spate of updates and options, I'm not sure the end car recognizably resembles the one at the top.

Note, the original didn't have the Styx Laser Paint Array, but I had an extra space and 80 lbs to spare, so I left historical accuracy.

Name Notes - This is named after the head of the family in the Amber series.  Ironically, since Oberon is a name of a moon of Uranus, I've used the name before.

    Brzarp 2037 - Div30 Pickup (Obsolete)

    Updated here:
    Luxury, Xhvy Ch., Imp. Sus., Super PP, 4 PR tires rear, 2 PR-Radials front, Driver; 2 linked Lasers front, laser battery, 30 pts of WG/WH, 255 pts Plastic Armor: F60 B 55 R 50 L 50 T 25 U 15; HC: 2. Acc. 5, 7797 lbs. (max 7800), $29,960.00

Design Notes - Obsolete because of the PRR issue.  I wonder how many people have already made this design?  Also, a global point: reducing costs by going to Improved suspension is the design equivalent of losing weight by cutting off your legs.

Name Notes -One of the most teenage of my names.  It's onomatopoeia!  The sound a laser makes!  Gadzooks.

    Ophelia 2037 - Div30 Pickup (Galaxy)

    Updated here.
    Pickup, Xhvy Ch., Hvy. Sus., Super PP, 6 Radial-PR Tires, Driver; HL front, ramplate, TC, 250 pts Plastic Armor: F 60 (ram) B 50 R 40 L 40 T 30 U 30; HC: 3, Acc. 5, 7790 lbs. (max 7800), $29,705.00

Design Notes - Signs o' the times, ramplates and heavy lasers.  Loved those things.  Look at those armor numbers!

Name Notes - This was unnamed, so like the others of this period, I'm using the moons of Uranus; Ophelia  is from Shakespeare's Hamlet.

    Io - Div20 Pickup (Galaxy)

    Pickup, Xhvy Ch., Hvy. Sus., Super PP (12dp), 6 Solid Tires (12dp), Driver; VMG (20/HD) in turret, SD (10/reg) back, SWC, 10 dischargers: 4 oil (FBRL) 6 foam/sand (2T, 2U, 1R 1L); 4 bumper triggers (to oil & also linked to that side's weapons); 40 pts total for Wheelguards/Wheelhubs (you choose where), 9 pts LRFP Component Armor each around (a) PP and (b) driver, 91 pts sloped Composite Armor (41 Metal/50 Plastic): F 10/5 B 10/5 R 10/5 L1 0/5 T 0/18 U 1/10; HC: 2, Acc. 5, Top Speed 90, Pwr 2600, 7798.4 lbs., $19,955.00

Design Notes -On the SJGames forum some dude said that a Div20 Pickup can be made with a VMG and HD ammo and metal armor.  I tried it out and it worked.

Name Notes-From the Wiki: "Io is the innermost of the four Galilean moons of the planet Jupiter and, with a diameter of 3,642 kilometres (2,263 mi), the fourth-largest moon in the Solar System. It was named after the mythological character Io, a priestess of Hera who became one of the lovers of Zeus."

    Omega 60 - Div60 Pickup (Retool)

As stated here, I wanted to update the cars from the AADA Car Guide vol. 3 (see first attempt here).  Even with my untrained eye, I knew the designs were problematic.  But that was just about the *ideas* behind the car.  Since then, I've read that every design is actually against the rules.  Here's another example:

    Original (as Claimed in the Book):  Camper, X-Hvy. Ch., Heavy Sus., 450 cid IC (VP), 15-gal. Duelling tank, 6 Plasticore Tires, driver, MFR (B) 2 AP MRs (F) 4 FCD (2U.1R, 1L) 2TLs (1F, 1B), ramplate, Spoiler (no airdam), Safety seat, 3 Links (FCD R-FCD L. MFR-MRs. 2 U FCDs), HRTC. LGL (8 rockets), HD brakes, ABS. Overdrive, No-paint windshield, 5 Blow-through concealments (MRs. TLs. and MFR), 4 fake WG/WH, 169 pts FP plastic armor: F65 (Ram) R30 L30 B30 T6 U8; HC: 2 (3), Acc 20, Top 132.5, 7,797 lbs, $59,449

Problems:  From a design perspective: A ramcar with HC 2?  Medium Rockets, in a pickup?  No wheelguards?? Why not put 1 TL in a zero space turret?  Who needs the BTC?  Top and U armor is laughable for div60.

But from a factual perspective, according to my calculations,  the car is 255 lbs overweight, does not have enough gas (it needs a 16 gal tank, which adds 16 lbs and 1 space).  It's total weight is 8055 lbs, $58,943.  It also has 1 space left (maybe for the tank?  I added it).  To make it legal without changing the whole essence, you'd need to take away 20 pts armor. That's leave: 7791 lbs, $57,808.  Put another way:
    Camper, X-Hvy. Ch., Heavy Sus., 450 cid IC (VP), 16-gal. Duelling tank, 6 Plasticore Tires, driver, MFR (B) 2 AP MRs (F) 4 FCD (2U.1R, 1L) 2TLs (1F, 1B), ramplate, Spoiler (no airdam), Safety seat, 3 Links (FCD R-FCD L. MFR-MRs. 2 U FCDs), HRTC. LGL (8 rockets), HD brakes, ABS. Overdrive, No-paint windshield, 5 Blow-through concealments (MRs. TLs. and MFR), 4 fake WG/WH, 149 pts FP plastic armor: F65 (Ram) R25 L25 B20 T6 U8; HC: 2, Acc 20, Top 132.5, 7791 lbs, $57,808

And this is without redesigning this turkey.  Here's a set of attempted updates:

    First Attempt:  Camper, X-Hvy. Ch., Heavy Sus., 300 cid IC (Blue/VP/Spr), 10-gal. Duelling tank, 6 Plasticore Tires, driver, MFR (B) 2 AP MRs (F) 4 FCD (2U.1R, 1L) 2TLs (1F, 1B), ramplate, Spoiler & Airdam, Safety seat, 3 Links (FCD R-FCD L. MFR-MRs. 2 U FCDs), HRTC. LGL (8 rockets), HD brakes, ABS. Overdrive, No-paint windshield, 5 Blow-through concealments (MRs. TLs. and MFR), 4 fake WG/WH, 9 pts LRFP Component Armor each around (a) driver, (b) engine (c) gas tank; 157 pts FP plastic armor: F45 (Ram) R30, L30. B30, T7, U15 HC: 2 (3), Acc 20, Top 112.5 (overdrive 132.5), 7,800 lbs, $61,623

    • First Attempt Notes: Originally, I changed the 2 TLs to 1 in a zero-space turret. Except that the original needed to have idiotic blow-thru-concealment! So what would be better: (1) a zero-space pop-up turret for 1 TL (my first fix) but this is 1 more space, 100 more pounds than just 2 TL!  (2) a zero-space turret with a fake turret on top.  But that is also an unnecssary 50 lbs! so (3) I just kept the 2 stupid lasers, and used the space I saved by shrinking the engine on a spliff-load of component armor.

    Second Attempt: Pickup , Heavy. Ch., Heavy Sus., 300 cid IC (Tubes/Blue/VP), 10-gal. Duelling tank, 4 Plasticore Tires, driver, MFR (B) 2 AP MRs (F) 4 FCD (2U.1R, 1L) 2TLs (1F, 1B), ramplate, active suspension, Spoiler & Airdam, Safety seat, 3 Links (FCD R-FCD L. MFR-MRs. 2 U FCDs), HRTC. LGL (8 rockets), HD brakes, ABS. Overdrive, No-paint windshield, 5 Blow-through concealments (MRs. TLs. and MFR), 39 points FP WG/WH; 195 pts FP plastic armor: F65 (Ram) R35, L35, B35, T10, U15; HC: 3 (4), Acc 15, Top 105 (overdrive 125), 7,148.5 lbs, $59,530

    • Second Attempt Notes: After making the first version, I realized that after shrinking the engine to a manageable size, I had a lot of room left over.  While I love Component Armor, I thought if I reduced this to a regular pickup, there's be more regular armor.  When I did that, I needed to toss the supercharger, and then I had a HUGE amount of weight left over.  Even after raising the ramplate back to 65, and adding active suspension and full wheelguards, I  had so much weight left over that I didn't think I could make the div60 cutoff.  So I made the chassis Heavy - which not only changed the cost, but allowed me to drop 2 tires.

    Third Attempt: Pickup , Extra Heavy Chassis, Heavy Sus., 300 cid IC (Tubes/Blue/VP), 10-gal. Duelling tank, 6 Steelbelted-Radial-FP Solid Tires, driver, MFR (B) 2 AP MRs (F) 4 FCD (2U.1R, 1L) 2TLs (1F, 1B), ramplate, active suspension, Spoiler & Airdam, Safety seat, 3 Links (FCD R-FCD L. MFR-MRs. 2 U FCDs), HRTC. LGL (8 rockets), HD brakes, ABS. Overdrive, No-paint windshield, 5 Blow-through concealments (MRs. TLs. and MFR), 38 points FP WG/WH; 111 pts composite Armor (36 LR Metal/75 reg Plastic armor): F13/10 (Ram) R8/13, L8/13, B7/13, T0/10, U0/16; HC: 4 (5), Acc. 15, Top 100 (overdrive 120), 7,799.5 lbs, $59,997.75

    • Third Attempt Notes:  Since I had so much weight left over in the second attempt, I decided to see what metal armor would allow with an extra-heavy chassis, especially if it allowed me to change tires to the best available. I dropped the plastic FP armor to save some money, especially as the tires were FP.

That's all I'm willing to polish this turkey.

Design Notes - This was in my draft folder dated Oct 16 2010, named "yrt" (don't remember what that means). I kept the ramplate despite not having any credible reason to do so.  As such, I won't label it a "ramcar" because you need a bit more of acceleration for that.  Hence the gas option, which to maintain the weapon system (and thus the identity) I needed to either throw out component armor or make it extended cab.  I chose the latter.

Name Notes - Themisto is a moon of Jupiter: "also known as Jupiter XVIII, is a small prograde irregular satellite of Jupiter. It was discovered in 1975, lost, and then rediscovered in 2000." ... "In October 2002 it was officially named after Themisto, daughter of the river god Inachus and lover of Zeus (Jupiter) in Greek mythology."
