Updated here.
Type: Van, Chassis: Xtra-Heavy,
Suspension: Heavy,
Engine: Super Tires: 4 PR back, 2 PR-Radials front,
Crew: Driver & Gunner & 3 passengers; Weaponry: 3 MML (10/reg) in 3 sp. turret, PGS with mag (4/reg) back, Unweighted Accessories: 2 SWCs, Cargo: 6 spaces, 0 lbs. 160 pts Plastic Armor: F 40 B 30 R 30 L 30 T 15 U 15; HC: 3 (OBSOLETE),
Acc. 5, Weight: 7200 lbs., Cost: $19,700.00
Design Notes -I think I wanted to have passengers, a low price, heavier armor van. It's obsolete because of the PR-Radial problem.
Name Notes - Oy, these terrible teenage names. And it's a name too close to Armadillo (an obsolete rules-breaking pickup). I assume I named this because of the relatively heavy armor for a Van.

Keeutenk 2037 - Div40 Luxury (Combat, Obsolete)
Updated here.
Luxury, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Super PP, 4 PR Tires, Driver, 2 linked HL front, 2 linked RL rear, 3 mini-rockets: R, L, B; 80 points component armor (OBSOLETE no space & damage sinks), HRTC, 63 pts Plastic Armor (number in pareth. is effective armor with damage sinks): F 16 (36) B 10 (40) R 15 (25) L 15 (25) T 2 U 5; ; HC: 3, Acc. 5, 6600 lbs., $39,160.00
Combat Record:
Design Notes - Oh man. This was a concept car to test out the damage sink for component armor - before they changed the rules of CA to add space, and to outlaw the damage sink usage. To be honest, I never would have thought of this, the concept came from my friends (I was a good boy).
Name Notes - "Keeutenk" is a stupid adolescent mispelling name for "Q-Tank."

- I may have won

Antiope 2037 - Div25 Luxury (Galaxy) (Obsolete)
Updated here.
Luxury, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Thundercat PP, 4 PR Tires, Driver & Gunner; VMG (20/HD-incen) in turret, 2 linked MFRPs front, 125 pts Plastic Armor: F 30 B 25 R 20 L 20 T 15 U 15; HC: 3, Acc. 10, 6600 lbs., $24,650.00
Design Notes - This is another of the original 2037 designs that I didn't upload back in 2057. Possibly because of the feshtunkener T-cat engine - which was the ONLY option back in the day to get 10 acceleration at max. weight for a luxury - and because of the obsolete VMG ammo. As far as I know, you can't mix High Density with Incendiary ammo (even though the military does that in the real world... another thing to revisit).
Name Notes - Original name from 2037: "Fastenweird," which was a companion design (because of the T-cat engine) to the original "Fastenpurty" (renamed Grapeshot).
The new name, Galaxy themed, is from a double asteroid, as it says in the Wiki:

"90 Antiope (/ænˈtaɪ.əpiː/ an-TY-ə-pee) is a double asteroid in the outer asteroid belt. It was discovered on October 1, 1866, by Robert Luther. In 2000 it was found to consist of two almost-equally-sized bodies orbiting each other. ... The number in 90 Antiope's name denotes that it was the 90th asteroid to be discovered. Its proper name comes from Greek mythology, though it is disputed as to whether this is Antiope the Amazon or Antiope the mother of Amphion and Zethus."My blog is both fun and educational!
Breaker 2037 - Div20 Midsized (Obsolete)
Updated here.
Midsized, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Large PP, 4 Solid Tires, Driver, RL (10/incen) front, 2 linked HR front, 2 linked HR back, HR on rocket platform, ITL on platform, LGL to all 15 rockets, 10 pts CA around TL (on rocket platform - OBSOLETE), ramplate, TC, bumper trigger front to all 3 weapons, 203 pts Plastic Armor: F 50 (ram) B 38 R 40 L 40 T 15 U 20; HC: 3, Acc. 5, 5760 lbs. (max 5760), $19,960.00
Design Notes - I'm noticing that I've left out a lot of my 2037 originals (and this one, as seen by the beautiful lines and lettering was after my freshman year class in architectural drafting). This is obsolete because of the component armor around the TL. I must not have understood the rules, who knows.

Beast 2037 - RPG Pickup (Obsolete)
Updated here.
Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Super PP, 6 Solid Tires, Driver, RL (20/incen) in UM turret, ITL in turret, LGL for 20 rockets, ID (25/reg) back, ramplate, cyberlink, Active Suspension, HD-antilock brakes, Overdrive, IFE, ATAD no-paint tinted windshield, ATAD linked to ID, weapon timer to ID, computer gunner, anti-theft system to 10 weightless grenades, LDR, radar, radar detector linked to radar jammer, 10 weightless smoke dischargers: (F B 2T, 2U 2R 2L); 1 bumper trigger front, 1 total link, 59 pts total for Wheelguards/Wheelhubs (you choose where), 222 pts FPRP Plastic Armor: F 50 (ram) B 40 R 40 L 40 T 30 U 20, HC: 3, Acc. 5 (Overdrive 2.5), listed weight 7798 lbs. (real weight 7948, max 7800), listed cost $92,696.00 (actually $94,296) Also, as listed, 2 spaces over limit.
Error Fixing Option - body is 2 space Ext. Cab, no anti-theft system, no AP grenades or dischargers, 168 pts armor: F50 (ram), BRL 30, TU 14, 7797lbs $94,788
Design Notes - I missed this one from my writeups back in 2007. Ah well.
As seen from my worksheet back in 2037, I only had 4 instead of 6 tires. Whoops. Also back then, not only did dischargers/AP grenades not weigh anything but you could double up AP grenades and dischargers (and there were only smoke dischargers). The quick fix was to add 2 spaces. Not sure this can be viably upgraded.

Armageddon III 2037 - Div35 Van (Obsolete)
Update of main design here. Revised but still obsolete write-ups: Armageddon II & Armageddon III.
Van, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Super PP, 4 PR Tires back, 2 PRR tires front, Driver, 3 HRs in 3sp. turret, 3x3sp rocket magazines: 12 HR total (8 links for HRs to allow different firing, in 3s and 2s), all fire simultaneously); ITL in turret, LGL to 12 rockets, HDFOJ (10/reg) left, HDFOJ (9/reg) right, link to HDFOJs, HRTC, 8 links, 7 cargo spaces 7lbs, 119 pts FP Plastic Armor: F 30 B 20 R 20 L 20 T 25 U 4; HC: 2, Acc. 5, 7193 lbs., $33,800
Things that would've been better: VFRP is a better system than this, except that this will allow 9d6 in one turn (but it's a good replacement for the 24 LRs). Also, there was no HRSWC back then. And, of course, the PRR problem. I think I put in an IRL because I knew about it, not because I knew what it did.

- Option 1 - replace HRs with 24 LRs, with connecting links, replace PR tires to Solid, add 35 pts armor, full load in right HDFOJ, 7198 lbs, $35,990
- Option 2 - replace HRs with 36 MnRs, .... [all that's written down]

Armadillo - Div30 Pickup (Obsolete)
Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Super PP, 6 Solid Tires, Driver (IBA), VMG with mag in turret, FOJ back, TC, Active Suspension, 11 Armored mini-safes (210 DP of FP armor each, all in cargo, 220lbs), 40 pts total for Wheelguards/Wheelhubs (you choose where), 243 pts Plastic Armor: F 133 B 40 R 0 L 0 T 35 U 35; HC: 3, Acc. 5, 7798 lbs., $28,971.00
Design Notes -Obsolete because of the quickly discovered rules-breaking problem of the armored mini-safe (note, I wonder if it actually conforms to real-world physics? This is a job for Myth-Busters!). But just look at the awesome picture. How I got all those itty-bitty boxes into the minisafes is crazy. I calculated that the effective armor would be F 497, B 460, L 840, R 630.
Why did I assume that the safes, all in the flatbed of a pickup, would instead surround the driver and all other components? It's not only that I used this adolescent rules-breaker (hey, I *was* an adolescent) but I used it wrong.
This won't be updated with the safes because it (a) can't be (the whole point of the vehicle was to exploit the sink), and (b) even if I keep the weapon system, the identity is locked into the illegal design.
OK, maybe I should...

Arbingor 2037 - Div40 Pickup (Obsolete)
Updated Here.
Pickup, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Thundercat PP, 6 PR Tires, Driver; HL front, 10 pts Component Armor around HL, 202 pts FP Plastic Armor: F 50 B 40 R 40 L 40 T 12 U 20; HC: 2 Acc. 10, 7792 lbs., $37,088.00
Design Notes - I missed adding this 1987/2037 design back in 2007/2057. This is such a product of the 2037 era: the only way to get 10mph was with a thundercat; component armor added DP to a weapon and took no space (and makes this obsolete), and why PR as opposed to Solid at this price class? I think it's because my math/logistics skill was off.
Name Notes - I have no idea. Not the worst, though.

Antiped B2 - Div25 RPG Van (Obsolete)
Updated here.
Van, Xtra-Heavy Chassis, Heavy Suspension, Super PP, 4 PR-Radials tires back, 2 PR tires front, Driver, 3 FG with mag (40 each) in 3sp turret, 2 linked GL (10/tear gas) front, GL (10/tear gas) right, left, back; 7 total links, 10 pt WG individually on 6 wheels, 10 pt WH individually on all 6 wheels, 70 pts Plastic Armor: F 20 B 16 R 12 L 12 T 10 U 0; HC: 2, Acc. 5, 7195 lbs,.$25,000.00
Design Notes - When I was putting together the 2037 designs way back in 2057, I seem to have missed this one (or did so purposefully, I can imagine why). This is another "anti-pedestrian" car, see the other monstrosities in this category here, and the discussion in the first entry here.
So, I seriously thought that I'd need to have a crew of 1 to shoot 5 grenade launchers, willy-nilly. 70 pts of armor... even for a van that's sad.
Name Notes - As mentioned in many 2037 entries, I was terrible with names - often choosing after the primary attribute of the car. The original name was "Anteeped BII."
Update, 2016 Oct 7: I'm trying to update this and I see that the numbers are off; even with the obsolete touches, this appears to be 1 space too far and 25 lbs under. In any case, I'm going to update this, for whatever reason.

The Killer RV Killer 2037 - RPG RV (combat, obsolete)
40' RV, Xhvy Ch., Hvy. Sus., Reg. Truck PP, 10 Solid Tires, Driver & 3 Gunners (all have IBA); 2 4sp UM turrets, 2 VMG (20/reg) in back turret, VMG (20/reg) FR, VMG (20/reg) FL, AC with mag in front turret, HL front, HL back, MD (10/napalm) back, 2 laser batteries, cyberlink to VMG turret, 4 HRTC, 4 ejection seats, IR sighting system, ramplate, roll-cage, IFE, anti-theft system with 22 AP grenades, 12 smoke dischargers (no weight), radar, LDR, no-paint windshield, 417 pts Plastic Armor: F 50 (ram), B 47 FR/BR/FL/BL/FT/BT/FU/BU 40;
HC: 1 Acc. 2.5/5; 25,181 lbs. $145,200.00
Combat Record
Design Notes - What happened here? I don't see a record of the battle or the other cars invovled. This at least has the best weapons available at the time: (1) vulcans, (2) autocannons, and (3) heavy lasers. This also reflects my offense over defense philosophy which persists until this day.
Anyway, when it came to buses etc, I didn't have the books to design these fancy creatures, if I recall correctly, so these designs were made only with the help of my friends' resources. Either that or I had an easy system to make luxury/vans.
Also, it's nice I gave the whole crew ejection seats and body armor, I never do that nowadays.
Name Notes -There must have been a scenario where I went toe-to-toe with another RV (the "Killer RV" I was going to kill).
Combat Record
- SHOTS front HL 3, back HL 2, MD 1, VMG right 1, AC 6, turreted VMG 8 each;
- DAMAGE: front 18 hits, back 25, BL 7, FL 5, FR 11, BR 10, FT 5, BT 11, BU 0, FU 0
- TIRE DAMAGE (note, for some reason I had 12 tires, ooops): front left outer & inner, 7 each; front right outer 17, inner 6; back left tires: 4, 8, 10, 6; back right tires: 4, 11, 11, 7 (see picture for details)

Kariff 2037 - Div15 Midsized (Obsolete)
Updated Here.
Midsized, Xhvy Ch., Hvy. Sus., Large PP, 4 PR Tires, Driver; ATG front, HDFT back, 2 points component armor around HDFT (no weight back in 2037), SWC to ATG, 182 pts Plastic Armor: F 50 B 35 R 30 L 30 T 17 U 22 HC: 3, Acc. 5, 5760 lbs. (max 5760), $12,572.00
Design Notes -This probably was designed after Dan's Pride because of the presence of a HDFT. And, as testimony to how well I know myself, look how I added an ATG! In my mind, the 2 go together (as I said over there: "generally I stayed away from Flamethrowers (not sure why, probably because of their weight and volatility... yet I loved anti-tank guns).")
This is obsolete because the component armor rules changed; they used to be no space (and probably no weight; who knows)
Name Notes - Back then, I had such trouble with inventing new names (the intertubes hadn't been invented) that I would choose (somehow) 3 random consonants and then add suitable vowels to make a plausible sounding word. I assume that's what happened here.

Hatattacker 2037 - Div40 Van (Obsolete)
Updated here.
Van, Xhvy Ch., Hvy. Sus., Super PP, 4 Solid tires rear, 2 PR Radials front, Driver; AC with 2 mags (30/reg) in turret, ID back, Spear MD with three mags (20/proximity fuses) back, HRTC, 2 bumper triggers (front & back), 136 pts Plastic Armor: F 30 B 20 R 25 L 25 T 21 U 15; HC 3, Acc. 5, 7199 lbs. (max 7200), $35,130.00
Design Notes -This may not be a crazy design. With a gas engine and fewer extra mags, maybe this could be better. Maybe a camper? When did we stop allowing extra magazines in cargo space? Anyway, it's obsolete because of the PRR problem.
Name Notes - Another from the teenager mind: the turret is deadly, so it's a "hat" "attacker."

Styx Special I (2037) - RPG Luxury (Obsolete)
Updated here
Luxury, Xhvy Ch., Hvy. Sus., Super PP, 4 Solid Tires, Driver (no equip) ; Laser in turret, RL (10/incen) front, TL front, LGL to 10 rockets, MD (10/reg with prox fuses) back, FOJ (25/reg) back left, MD & FOJ linked, luxury trimmings ($5k worth), 3 space sleeping area, HRTC, LDR, anti-theft system with 10 grenades, 3 bumper triggers, radar ATAD (hooked to MD, FOJ, RL), weapon timer, radar detector & jammer, overdrive, HD antilock brakes, 10 smoke dischargers, 40 pts WG/WH, 175 pts FPRP Plastic Armor: F 40 B 35 R 30 L 30 T 20 U 20; HC: 3, Acc. 5, 6600 lbs. (max 6600), $62,375.00
Design Notes -The idea of this design was to make the car that my alter-ego would want to drive from town to town. What I find amazing is that this may have been one of the last cars I made because it had LOADS of fancy new products that I didn't use for any other car. Overdrive? I had no idea what that was, I think, but because it was no weight/no space, I slapped it in.
This is obsolete because of many rules changes for dischargers and the like.
Name Notes -The original name involves my last name, and I will redact that for now. As you can see from here, here and here, the name "Styx Special" is very popular. I renamed the one I put up on this website as Styx Special II because this may have been the key one.

(max 6600), $35,970.00
Design Notes - What a turkey. And it's the limited resources of the day that made me push this to div40. The ramplate? This is embarrasing.
Obsolete because (a) the PRR problem, (b) dischargers weighed nothing back in the day (and they were only smoke, see pic).

Brzarp 2037 - Div30 Pickup (Obsolete)
Updated here:
Luxury, Xhvy Ch., Imp. Sus., Super PP, 4 PR tires rear, 2 PR-Radials front, Driver; 2 linked Lasers front, laser battery, 30 pts of WG/WH, 255 pts Plastic Armor: F60 B 55 R 50 L 50 T 25 U 15; HC: 2. Acc. 5, 7797 lbs. (max 7800), $29,960.00
Design Notes - Obsolete because of the PRR issue. I wonder how many people have already made this design? Also, a global point: reducing costs by going to Improved suspension is the design equivalent of losing weight by cutting off your legs.
Name Notes -One of the most teenage of my names. It's onomatopoeia! The sound a laser makes! Gadzooks.

Major Mover 2037 - Div30 (Obsolete)
Updated here.
Luxury, Extra Heavy chassis, Heavy suspension, Super power plant, 4 Solid tires, Driver, 2-space Turret Top w/Laser, ATG (10/reg) Back, FT (10/reg) Left, 2 linked MG (20/reg) Front, SD (10/reg) Back, 117 pts Plastic Armor: F30, L20, R20, B25, T10, U12, Acc 5, HC 3, 6895 lbs., $27,240
Design Notes - This, I believe, is the very first car I designed! Even though I wrote "This is Leagal" (sic) in the top corner, it most definitely is not. Even a quick glance will tell you that a car with a Laser, FT, and ATG can't have 117 pts of armor. Naturally, this car evinces the design ability of a young teen with the original boxset. All weapons are original 2030s equipment (almost every possible weapon too, heh), and it's been influenced by the dreaded deathtrap, Hotshot (see my comments about that car here, and my improvement here). This car is beautiful in its naivete and sheer unwieldy ugliness. I'm not even going to try to update it, that'd be like giving a newborn cosmetic surgery.
2013 Oct 4 - I rechecked the stats, and yes, the total weight is 6895 lbs, $26190, and only 18 spaces! Who would imagine that this monstrosity, with that many weapons, can actually fit. To make it "leagal", it would need to have 87 pts of armor, 6595 lbs, $25590. For you historians, the Hotshot had only 80! So why *shouldn't* I have made this for my first car!

Doonbuggi 2037 - Div20 OR Compact (Obsolete)
Updated here.
Compact, Xhvy Ch., OR-Active Sus., 4 OR Solid Tires, Large PP, Driver; VMG (20/reg) in UM turret, Roll Cage, SWC, 120 pts. plastic Armor: F20 B20 R20 L20 T20 U20; HC 2 (3 OR), Acc. 5, 4400 lbs., $19,460 [2015: this is missing something; there's 120 lbs missing, possibly from the original roll-cage rules]
Design Notes - I may actually have used this in combat somewhere along the way. Next time I'd probably take out the active suspension so to get more armor.
Name Notes - I hate this name, but that was the extent of my creativity back in the day. Yugh.

Comeback - Div10 Compact (Obs.)
Update here.
Compact, Xhvy Ch., Hvy Sus., Large PP, 4 PR tires, Driver; 2 space Rocket Platform with MFR, RL (10/incen.) front, SD (10/reg) back, ramplate; 182 pts plastic armor: F50 (ram) B30 RL 40 T9 U15; HC 3, Acc 5, 4439 lbs, $9,991
Design Notes - This is obsolete because we can no longer put 2 space turrets (and the like) on compacts. I guess that was a game balance issue because compacts can carry a lot of weight per space and this design, for example, makes a *sick* div 10 car. BTW: here's the date on the loose-leaf paper, for you doubters:
