Design Notes- Another missed 2037 design, likely because it's obsolete (because of the outdated Component Armor). 

2065 Note: The numbers are off, because of the component armor error.  Ah well.

Name Notes - I don't understand why I named this "Q" because there's nothing hidden here.  'Naughts are normal for dangerous cars.  Note, based on my handwriting, I may have called this "Qnought" (was that a Q-bert joke?)
