Design Notes - Oh man. This was a concept car to test out the damage sink for component armor - before they changed the rules of CA to add space, and to outlaw the damage sink usage.  To be honest, I never would have thought of this, the concept came from my friends (I was a good boy).

Name Notes - "Keeutenk" is a stupid adolescent mispelling name for "Q-Tank."
