Design Notes - This was in my draft pile dated Oct 15, 2009, and is obviously a version of this clunky turkey, the Styx Special Mark II 2059. The original car is terrible. Just terrible. For some reason, I thought "long range radar" had any value, despite adding weight (which I'm normally stingy with spending). With even that added, I can't seem to find a missing $1590, 165 lbs (my final data has this at $109,659, 6432 lbs). It's so terrible that I couldn't even put it as the first entry (my normal MO).
I do like the pulsed Laser - 3d+3 for 500 lbs, the best around - but I wonder if it's an effective weapon given the smoke that will be flyin' in high ticket duels.
