Design Notes -An update of this mildly obsolete 2037 version:

Midsized, Xhvy Ch., Hvy. Sus., Large PP, 4 PR Tires, Driver; ATG front, HDFT back, 2 points component armor around HDFT (no weight back in 2037), SWC to ATG, 182 pts Plastic Armor: F 50 B 35 R 30 L 30 T 17 U 22 HC: 3, Acc. 5, 5760 lbs. (max 5760), $12,572.00

I reduced the HDFT to a regular FT because, with my modernization, space matters.  The FT allows a SS to be produced (which is why I switched around my normal dischargers to 6 oil), and that allowed me to add a fire extinguisher (desirable in general but a must given the FT and ATG).  Also the original was 12K, so I was able to get a HRSWC and still keep this in Div15.  I liked being able to add wheel armor and dischargers while keeping the car in the right weight. The biggest loss is in the reduction in armor.  All in all this isn't bad.
