Design Notes - Updated from this obsolete 2037 design:
Van, Xhvy Ch., Hvy Sus., Super PP, driver, 4 PR tires rear, 2 PRR front, 2 linked HL front, Hi-Res computer; 106 pts FP Plastic Armor: F20 (ram) L21 R21 B22 T7 U15; Acc. 5, HC 3, 7194 lbs., $44,510.It's obsolete because of the PR-Radial problem. I think the numbers are a bit off anyway (my reconstruction has $40,530). There are also 16 spaces left, and virtually no reason to put this weaponry in a van. And a ramplate. A ramplate?! I guess I wanted to have the ram with the bumper triggers (missing from the original, hmmm).
So for the update, I took out the ramplate because please. Then I used the Sport PP option, HLs became pulsed Twin Lasers (not sure how kosher that is but the MADHAT excel allows it, so it's legal to me. Anyway, my usual adds for un-sucking vans are (1) sloping the armor, (2) a drop-spike plate, (3) component armor everywhere possible. In fact, all internal components are armored, meaning that when, inevitably, the outside armor is breached, everything inside (except the DSP because that's outlawed) has a cocoon of 10 pts of armor around it. All accessories have been dropped in order to get to the Div50 tag.
