Design Notes -  This started as a simple idea for how to get 3 internal smartlinked pulse lasers (3x3d+3), for an average of 40 points of damage on a successful hit, with that on a 4 or above.  I wanted internal to avoid the EWP problem, but the option is above (EWP weigh a lot!).
