Design Notes -In my draft pile dated Oct 5 2010.  I realized after looking at it that it was actually an update of the veteran (near stock) Prowler:
Compact, Xhvy Ch., Hvy Sus. Medium PP, driver, 4 SD tires, RR front, SD rear, (includes BA for driver); Plastic Armor: F50, R40, L40, B33, T15, U15; Acc. 5, HC 3, 4198 lbs. $9,830

This draft design, called "Amateur Night", even had the BA for the driver.  I like the update because it's something to have a SWC, dischargers and CA in a low division. The foam grenades are a cheap paint substitute (they block shots like paint, but do they coat the car?)
