I am updating this in the name of thoroughness.  The whole anti-pedestrian thing is pretty inconsistent for the Car Wars world.  Add that to the worthlessness of current grenade-launcher mechanics and I don't see the point of this.  Even the FG can't be effective tire-shredders if they don't penetrate wheel-guards (do they? that'd be a weird loophole).
