Design Notes -This is an upgrade of this 2057 car:
Compact, Xhvy Ch., Hvy Sus., Large PP, driver, 4 PR tires, HL front, 138 pts Armor: F28 R30 L30 B25 T10 U15, Acc. 5, HC 3, 4378 lbs., $17,994

In recent years, I've grown disenchanted with the mighty HL.  Back in the day, it was the only 4d weapon that could fit in a normal car and as such it was a fearsome and desired item.  Not anymore.  The TwL still has fascination to me since it has the +6 on it.  This means that the average damage isn't 10 or 11 (avg 3d6) but 13 (avg 2d6 + 6).  Considering that 4d6 average is 14 (I think, I'm not going to run the numbers now), that's pretty sweet. I remember that from back in D&D, the pluses are a permanent benefit.
