Design Notes -This was in my draft folder dated Oct 8, 2009 under the name "cupola van".  For the record, the other "cupola van" is the Palladium, which uses the same weaponry in the cupola, the only thing worth 1 space, 4 heavy rockets.  Now, is that worth the heavy weight?  Good question.  The other van uses a VFRP front, this one uses a GG (a primo weapon).

Note, I don't know if a cupola reduces speed, so that computation is not in the data above.

Name Notes -  Caliban is a moon of Uranus.  According to the Wiki: "...the second largest retrograde irregular moon of Uranus. It was discovered on 6 September 1997 by Brett J. Gladman, Philip D. Nicholson, Joseph A. Burns, and John J. Kavelaars ... it was named after the monster character in William Shakespeare's play The Tempest."
