Design Notes - Another 'Stupid Weapon' design, this time for the Medium Laser. It's $5500 & 350 lbs... the same weight as a Recoilless Rifle, hence my option. Is the Div20 better than the Div15? If so, only because of guided rockets.

Name Notes -  Just a random element name. The element info from the Wiki:
Caesium ... is a chemical element with the symbol Cs and atomic number 55. It is a soft, silvery-golden alkali metal with a melting point of 28.5 °C (83.3 °F), which makes it one of only five elemental metals that are liquid at or near room temperature.
